ECF FAST AND EASY HEALTHY HARVEST RECIPE

Sautéed cabbage and red onions

1/2 head of green cabbage
1/2 red onion
1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2tsp oregano flakes
1/4tsp sea salt

Rough chop cabbage. Sliver red onions. Heat oil in skillet on med heat. Add all ingredients and sauté until cabbage is tender and slightly crunchy. Remove from heat and serve. Bon Appetite!!
